If you don't have references for your characters, price can be 20-30% higher. Price is determined by complexity of an character's description.
terms of service and conditions
BEFORE YOU ORDER
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and conditions. If you are not the commissioner/buyer or the owner of the character(s), you may not use, copy, redistribute, steal, trace, or claim the commissioned art as yours! The work I do is exclusively for the buyer and it is not free to use. The buyer will use my works for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.1. PAYMENT
+ For commissioners outside of Poland, I only accept payment via PayPal, and I require your email for PayPal for sending invoice.
+ When using PayPal, make sure to pay for "Goods and Services" and select the "No shipping / No Address needed", since the commissions are digital goods only!
+ Full payment must be received before I start working on commission.
+ A full refund is only possible before a commission is started.
+ Once I start the commission, a refund will not be available.2. CONTACT
+ You can commission me via provided contact options (email and Telegram).
+ Try to keep commission details simple and to the point. You may provide photos or other drawings to show the general idea.
+ I will send a rough sketch of the pose, angle, expression, and/or composition for you to accept before I start refining the work. At this stage you can request changes, but you can’t ask for major changes after accepting more detailed sketch.
+ I have every right to decline a commission request if I am uncomfortable with the request, if you are pushy/rude/unpleasant, or if I determine if I am unable to draw a certain theme.
+ Please, let’s be patient and polite to each other during the process.3. COPYRIGHT / USAGE
+ I will give credit to the owner of the character(s) when I upload the commission to any of my online galleries.
+ Commissioner may post ordered art to any galery, if author (me) is properlu credited.
+ You can't claim you are the author of the artwork you ordered from me.
+ You can credit me via instagram (@madblackie.dark) or furaffinity (@comrade.dark).
+ Commissioners do not have any right to resell or redistribute the commission in any way. They may however print the work out for their own personal use, not for profit or commercial use.
+ I have the right to use the commissioned art to promote myself and my art anywhere, publish artbooks with it, display it anywhere online and print, and upload it anywhere of my choosing.
+ You can be anonymous as the buyer if you wish.4. COMPLETION
+ Drawing commissions isn’t my full-time job, I work everyday as tattoo artist. Finishing your order depends on how tight my work schedule is; however, I will always inform you about estimated waiting time and I will keep you updated if any other delay occurs.
+ You will get full resolution digital file as your final product. I usually draw on A4/A3 300dpi format, but you can choose different resolution if you want, but you have to notice me at the beginning of my work.
